All matches are arranged at the mutual convenience of the players. Just go to https://tennisleague.app and look for your season and league.
You can go to the contact list and click “Send League Email” to email the most current list of players. Please use this method to find players as we have people leaving and entering the league continuously.
All matches are best 2 of 3 sets, but if you split sets, then play a 10-point tiebreaker instead of the 3rd set.
Both players bring new balls to the match.
In the 3.5 league, you can only play someone up to three times per season. If you are having trouble, please let me know, and I will do my best to help.
How to Record Matches
The winner reports the scores using the “Report Score” feature in the https://tennisleague.app. Please record the correct date.
If you need to make changes after you report a score, you can find that on your home screen. You can click on your matches. You can also click on anyone's name in the leaderboard and you can see their matches as well.
You can also check the standings and match results on the leaderboard page online. Each win counts as a point. Tie breakers are determined by games won, then sets won.
Season Playoffs
The playoffs will be available to anyone who wants to play.
To qualify, you must have recorded 6 matches this season, regardless of league level.
Based on the number of people signed up, we will break up the playoffs into different skill divisions. The division you play in is determined by a match-making algorithm along with my input as well. Your seeding for the division will be determined by your place on the leaderboard for this season only.
Each division, up to three divisions, will be competing in a single elimination tournament where the winner will be able to win a 30-minute free lesson from a PBTC instructor.
